Last Words to Columbo: "I'm sure you'll find others to harass"

In this episode of Columbo, a renowned cardiologist; Dr Barry Mayfield, played by Leaonard Nimoy, plans to murder a colleague on the operating table by using dissolving sutures on his heart valve, following a dispute over the release of new medical research. However, during the operation, he discovers that a nurse has discovered his plan and could expose him to the California State Medical Board. As not to be exposed, he goes on to kill the nurse. This is one of the few episodes where we see Columbo lose his temper.
Leonard Nimoy (1931-2015) was an American actor, director, and producer, best known for his iconic role as Mr. Spock on the original Star Trek television series and subsequent films. Nimoy began his career in the 1950s, appearing in various television shows and films, before gaining widespread recognition as Spock in the 1960s. He went on to direct several films, including Star Trek III: The Search for Spock and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. Aside from his work in Star Trek, Nimoy also appeared in numerous other television shows and movies, including Mission: Impossible, The Twilight Zone, and Fringe. He was also an accomplished writer, having published several volumes of poetry and several autobiographical works, including I Am Not Spock and I Am Spock. Nimoy was widely regarded as an accomplished actor and director, and his contributions to the Star Trek franchise have made him an enduring cultural icon. He passed away in 2015 at the age of 83.
